Our client is looking for a Bilingual Director, Business Development to join their Montreal office.​

Reporting to the Regional Director, Business Development, the Director, BD will be responsible for capturing market dominance in the Quebec Region (Mostly Montreal) through exceptional revenue growth and marketing initiatives.​ Some travel is required.​ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

§ Sales primarily to mid to large accounts that meet the top 200 account profile.​
§ Demonstrated ability to leverage Company resources and strategically manage the retention and growth of these customer relationships and their contracts.​
§ Management of significant up-sell and cross-sell activity within their mid to large customer base
§ Developing strategic relationship with key contacts from account and introduces key internal players, including but not limited to product leaders, directors and senior management.​
§ Acting as team lead on sales presentations and proposals for their region.​
§ Responsible to inform and promote their Regional Strategic Plans to key stakeholders of the plan (departmentally and interdepartmentally).​
§ Working proactively with the Regional Director, Business Development to manage the cost of the sales cycle, including the use of internal and external financial and human resources
§ Working independently and has a track record of responsible decision making on behalf of the Company.​

Ideal candidates are fully bilingual in English and French, already established in the Montreal region and possess a University degree or equivalent.​ 5 or more years experience in business development and customer relationship building is required, as is previous experience with selling business-to-business services to senior level management.​ Experience in the Human Services industry and Health management is vital to this role (ie, Insurance, Pension, Benefits).​ You have a high level of motivation, strong presentation skills and an understanding of consultative selling.​ Your strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills will help you succeed in this role.​
